On Dec. 24, 1999, a New York Yankees fan who registered NewYorkYankees.com was sued in Federal Court by Major League Baseball and the New York Yankees. The Law Offices of K.William Kyros, PC (and John Selinger, New York Litigation Counsel) are representing the fan against claims he violated the recent Cyberpiracy Prevention Act.
